The brand extension for COS Kids focuses on building upon a pre-existing line while expanding the retail distribution and products offered. The project contains: background research on the brand COS, current consumer market research and target market research, key competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, trend research, and a six-month buying plan. The six-month buying plan is used to create two store buying plans and an inventory breakdown. Additional designs for a specialized children’s store and purchasing app were created as well.
